Angela Byrne

Angela Byrne is chief executive, Retail Banking at NatWest. Angela is responsible for overseeing the retail bank's overall strategy, operations and performance. Angela and her teams lead the innovation that enhances the experience of NatWest's near 18 million customers while driving financial performance and ensuring the bank operates within regulatory frameworks. Prior to stepping into this role, Angela was managing director of NatWest's Customer Propositions and Journeys team. Angela promotes a culture of intellectual curiosity and is also a major advocate of the progression of young female executives within the UK banking industry.
