ERS Congress 2026 is the European Respiratory Society International Congress, held at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona. It is the world largest respiratory medicine meeting, regularly attracting around 20,000 delegates, and brings together pulmonologists, scientists, and health professionals under the theme United for better breathing for keynote and symposium sessions, abstract presentations, and an exhibition spanning asthma and COPD, respiratory infections and tuberculosis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, sleep and breathing disorders, pulmonary hypertension, and respiratory critical care.
