IEDM 2026 is the 72nd IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting, held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. For more than six decades it has been the premier forum for reporting breakthroughs in semiconductor and electron device technology, under the theme Devices at the Heart of the Intelligence Revolution, bringing together the world leading device researchers for plenary and focus sessions, tutorials, short courses, and supplier exhibits spanning advanced CMOS and transistor scaling, memory and storage devices, power and RF devices, 3D and heterogeneous integration, emerging and quantum devices, device physics and reliability, and hardware for AI and computing.
