Vinitech-Sifel 2026 is the 25th edition of the international trade fair for wine-growing, fruit-growing, and vegetable-growing equipment and technology, held at the Parc des Expositions de Bordeaux. It brings together around 700 exhibitors from 24 countries and 40,000 professionals across the full value chain, from production to market, with a large exhibition and technical programme spanning vineyard and orchard machinery, harvesting and pruning equipment, winemaking and cellar technology, packaging and bottling, precision viticulture and digital farming, irrigation and crop protection, oenology and analysis, and sustainability and organic production.
